Q: "Are there any guidelines that you feel are overly restrictive or unclear?"
A: The sexual content guidelines are too vague, broad, unspecific and exploitable. It is not the first time where there's been instances of companies calling blatantly furry content "simulated bestiality", even when any kind of animal-based character shown in the media was both mentally and VISUALLY, ANATOMICALLY humanlike, or even pointing at the spurious notion that werewolf/horse dildos or animalistic genitalia in an otherwise, again specifying, COMPLETELY ANTHROPOMORPHIC CHARACTER, has to be even remotely zoophilic. Not only that, but simulated CSAM, which is to say lolicon, has been protected repeated times throughout the period in which Bluesky has existed, which is incredibly suspicious. This, included the networks that promote and consume said content. The loose moderation on this aspect is heavily concerning, and these groups that promote what can only be considered drawn child porn must be cracked down against. "Encouragement for eating disorders or dangerous stunts" could be anything; a dangerous stunt could be choking kink. It also seems like this could apply to feederism, and I find the crackdown in these kinds of interest ridiculous. When things are happening between ADULTS (ergo, people over 18 years of age and not a milisecond before) in a MATURE HEADSPACE that have CONSENTED CLEARLY, no one else should have a say on what they do. This argument applies to AB/DL and pet play, as the consenting parties are evidently, visually and psychologically identifiable as adults, again, in a mature headspace, roleplaying. Not to mention that companies have already tried to argue that AB/DL content is inherently pedophilic, which is incorrect. This is in no way comparable to the formerly mentioned simulated CSAM or the abuse of children and animals, and the fact that they're mushed up in a bottle in this manner is morally twisted in many ways

Q: "Are there any important guidelines or areas related to user safety that you believe are missing or underrepresented?"

A: There must be a clear separation between obvious furry content, and such a gross thing as a non-antropomorphic, quadrupedal or anatomically animalistic creature being depicted in a sexual manner, regardless of whether the "Harkness test" excuse is brought up for such a blatant offender visually speaking, or even straight-up abuse of real animals. Additionally, there must be a clear separation between AB/DL content and blatantly pedophilic content like sexualization of underage or aged down characters, and sexual abuse material of children and/or mentally regressed people. Additionally, there must be a clear separation between such a thing as blatant rape, and explicitly consensual enactments of sexual intercourse between psychologically capacitated adults. According to some artists, consensual non-consent content usually has an indication somewhere that everything that happened has been, in fact, consensual, or sometimes safety protocols would've been mentioned. I am, however, not aware of the specifics.

Q: "Beyond the guidelines themselves, are there broader moderation or safety concerns that Bluesky should address?"
A: Take action on the racists, pedophilic transmisogynists, and lolicons in the platform. It is unacceptable that these orbits have a place in the platform. It is disgusting that the trans women and brown people who speak up against this get silenced all the time.

Q: "Any other comments or feedback you would like to provide"
A: Your defense of Jamelle Bouie, Jesse Singal, J.K. Rowling, Laura Loomer and the terrorist organization ICE, in addition to your anti-Arab bias in moderation, will eventually lead people to leave the platform and go back to Twitter or Threads. Carry on suspending us and you'll leave the platform deserted in an attempt to achieve your anti-leftist echo chamber.
