You know, if I were at all worried about the public perceiving me as a non-neutral arbiter of disputes, the last thing I would do is appear on Fox News to promote myself and my work. Really decisive evidence imo that Barrett is a bad faith operator, and not simply a self-deluded fool.

It’s starting to work, at least somewhat. That leadership knew this would be a good issue and understood there was something unique about the scope and magnitude of it, even in the midst of Trump’s fire hose of shit, should be discrediting to a lot of big accounts on here who just criticize Dems.

This is infuriating. She excuses the orders as "preliminary," but that's an argument for applying settled law or preserving the status quo. Allowing POTUS to disregard Congressional appropriations and fire independent agency heads are neither, they're a radical restructuring of Constitutional order.
