Yeah, I'm unfortunately in that camp. Played for hundreds of hours in early access and was on a bit of tenterhooks waiting for a hammer to drop that never really quite did. But over 500 runs in, I cannot say I didn't have a blast with the game as a whole.

I've posted my thoughts before, but they haven't changed - as far as a sequel goes, Hades 2 improves on everything mechanically but feels like a step backwards in storytelling. My time spent with it was still, in the end, very much worth it regardless.

502 runs in - all bonds forged, 32 Fear completed on all weapons, 50 Fear completed on one weapon, all aspects done, all cosmetics (as far as I know) unlocked. Guess I'm done with what the game expects out of me with Hades 2.

Selling hand painted magnets for the last few years has resulted in a lot of sad "My fridge isn't magnetic!" laments.

The ingredients are there for some weak spin-ups (wind shear at the right elevations) but it's very unlikely you'd get anything nasty.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that this show changed me, even as an adult. I didn't stick with it all the way, but it was the first real "fandom" I felt like I was a part of, and it got me to finally stretch some feelers out to different communities.
