Bernie is going to be spayed in a week and a half or so. I have NO IDEA how we're going to keep her quiet post-op. She just came inside from racing, full-bore, for several minutes. I'm guessing the answer will be drugs.

Well I searched "How do content standards influence teachers' instruction?" and nothing by me came up in the first ten hits. (Whereas a bunch of dissertations did.) So I would say it still has some kinks to iron out.
Google Scholar has a new "Labs" feature that strives to better identify papers answering certain research questions. Has anyone tried it out?

I got some paper towels, rinse aid for the dishwasher, and liquid plumr delivered. Someone stole the box off my steps, probably thinking it was like gifts or something. Hope they enjoyed my house supplies.

In other pet news, the almost 15 year old corgi is amazingly healthy and fit for her age! She has reduced vision due to cataracts, but that's about it. 💜
