Update: I am STOKED I had too much turkey and the amount left was One Big Ziploc Bag™️. Not bad for our party of 8! I've eaten multiple turkey sandwiches, quesadillas and nachos this weekend. Tomorrow, the rest goes into the crockpot with broth, butter & dumplings! Then we move on to the leftover pie
Putting out the Hershey's Kisses bowl this soon was a mistake and also, not buying a turkey until today was a mistake. It's frozen and 19lbs was the smallest left. It's going to take some wizardry to cook this thing Thursday

Currently eating mini quesadillas made with leftover dark meat turkey & drinking red wine. Holy shit this is the life. Why didn't I start hosting sooner? We have like 5lbs of leftover turkey, a bunch of crescent rolls, real croissants, charc, mac & cheese, and wine. Oh & an entire French silk pie.
