Taken together with impoundments, this would break everything. The president is claiming the power to not spend money he doesn't want to and now also to spend money where it's not allowed. And SCOTUS might say no one has standing to stop him. That would make him an appropriations king.

I love this. I honestly didn’t learn a lot of the tricks *until* I was a tutor and some of them the students actually taught me! I think it’s so fun that fractions and decimals are interchangeable

One thing I wanna say is that much of what made D'Angelo so great is that he understood he was part of a continuum, a legacy, a lineage of great Black music across the generations. He named, revered, studied the greats who preceded him, then figured out how to take their work several steps further.
