I have a small class with 6 kids, 2 of them are absent at least one day a week, 2 of them dated & then broke up & none of them talk. I had all these kids last year and they were fine, but this year they just stare at me & I'm dreading that class bc idk how to get them to engage & tbh it's boring

everything fun we've attempted in the last month has either been rained out or it's rained the entire time (indoor vacation thankfully) and right now we are waiting in a plane getting shaken around by a storm. ...are we a family of rain gods???
