Coffee and tea are not broth because broth is savory by definition. Sandwiches and salads are not soup because soup is by definition mostly liquid (and savory— ie, ice cream is not soup either). This is getting really weird.

Soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm or hot - though it is sometimes served

I think they don't have it because a lot of things can be classified as soup. Coffee and tea can be considered broth using the same logic. Salad is a dry soup. And sandwiches are just another form of soup.

Also, soups are very good for you, especially chicken noodle.
