A lawsuit filed in October 2025 claims the bank provided a line of credit to the modeling agency MC2, which Epstein and Jean-Luc Brunel allegedly used to traffic victims. It further alleges that BNY Mellon processed $378 million in payments to women trafficked by Epstein. BNY Mellon has stated the claims in the lawsuit are "meritless"

The ad misrepresents the Presidential Radio Address, and the Government of Ontario did not seek nor receive permission to use and edit the remarks.
