Do NOT use vanilla in place of sherry! I just made this exactly as written and used vanilla since I didn't have sherry. It is now down the disposal. The smell alone was a huge indicator of what it would taste like. Whoever thought of vanilla with meat? Nasty.

I've been looking since June or July of last year, and i've NEVER had to look longer than maybe a couple months. i'm lucky i HAVE a job, albeit one i hate, while i'm looking or idk what i would do

i think it should be extremely easy to get a job. what do you really risk just throwing me in the mix and seeing what happens? a few dollars in wages, maybe a few more in the unemployment fund? we both know you have the money.
