So Turkey making it easier for citizens of other Turkic states to work in Turkey. This is very interesting and having read Parag Khanna’s #MOVE Ankara wants to be able to draw on a Turkic human capital pool-encouraging immigrants from similar linguistic/cultural backgrounds.
