It doesn't get any simpler than this:

Trump/Republicans are bailing out Argentines with billons of ours - taxpayers - dollars while refusing to pay for healthcare for Americans.

nothing says "america first" and "free markets" like bailing out another country's libertarian failure because (1) the corrupt clown president who caused it says nice things about our own corrupt clown president and (2) our big banks don't know how to do capitalism and are the hook for a lot of it

This is the same Speaker who has repeatedly refused to put up the congressionally-mandated plaque honoring the Capitol Police members who were viciously assaulted by MAGA goons on January 6th.

Justice JACKSON standing up for voting rights. 🔥

Louisiana: Plaintiffs said 'we want another majority-black district.'

Jackson: No. They said 'we aren't receiving equal electoral opportunity because our votes are being diluted.'

Louisiana: Same thing.

Jackson: No, it’s not.

6th Cir., 2-1, holds that it did not violate the First Amendment for school to require two students to remove their "Let's Go Brandon" sweatshirts because the school reasonably understood the slogan to be vulgar.

Yes, the maj. op. cites George Carlin.

Although we are mindful of what the en banc Third Circuit said, we decline to view
Justice Alito’s concurrence in Morse as controlling. But even if we did, it would make no
difference to the outcome of our case because nothing in that concurrence overruled Fraser sub
silentio. As such, Fraser requires our conclusion that a school may prohibit students from
wearing a slogan reasonably understood as profane or vulgar. In the schoolhouse, vulgarity
trumps politics. And the protection for political speech doesn’t give a student carte blanche to
use vulgarity at school—even when that vulgarity is cloaked in innuendo or euphemism. Here,
the school administrators reasonably interpreted the “Let’s Go Brandon” slogan as being vulgar
speech that “a school may categorically prohibit” despite its political message. Barr, 538 F.3d at
563–64. Requesting that students remove clothing with that slogan didn’t violate the First and
Fourteenth Amendments.

Korol is a US citizen. Her family hasn’t heard from her since she was taken, public charges haven’t been released—what crime did she even commit? 2nd-Degree Woodwinding?—and there has been no explanation for her “renditioning” across state lines.

We’ve moved into a new phase of Trump lawlessness.

A musician, Oriana Korol, was peacefully playing clarinet with her protest band outside ICE facilities in Portland, OR.

When the band started playing “Ghostbusters,” ICE thugs suddenly poured outside, slammed her into the mud, arrested her and took her to a jail 9 miles away in Vancouver, WA.

One factual tidbit from last week’s SASC confirmation hearing for the nominee to be Army GC.

Senator Reed: “In fact, one of the attacks, the missile strikes, were followed up by a helicopter using .50 caliber machine guns to shred whatever was left.”

If the Supreme Court strikes down Section 2 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which has been interpreted to require the creation of majority-minority districts, Republicans could eliminate upward of a dozen Democratic-held districts across the South. Here's how.

Democrats would be in danger of losing around a dozen majority-minority districts across the South if the court struck down part of the Voting Rights Act.
