I think part of the problem with AI in education is an elevation of outcome over process. Maybe that makes sense in hard sciences, but liberal arts should be about process over outcome. You’ve got your whole working life to have to focus on outcome

A core recommendation of mine for biz is: don’t assume anyone will want to use it, and plan accordingly

Gen AI isn't going away. That doesn't mean we should use it, but understand that this isn't just a passing phenomenon.

The internet is rapidly degrading to being all but useless for accurate information at the exact moment the mainstream media is likewise degrading.

This is a crisis.
