This has massive "skip to part 3 of jojo" energy

blasphemous
You could just start at Phantom Liberty, it skips all of Act I and gets you into what I consider to be the highlight of this game.

why the hell did none of you tell me that the new pokemon game has a rich lesbian who forcefems a butch girl into her dutiful maid after beating her in a pokemon battle
I've honestly never played it. Just seems like a odd thing for them to do
They really wanna get in on the "things to fall asleep to market."

The 100 dollar game thing is always wild cause like what do you think is gonna happen? Games are gonna be bigger? There will be less microtransactions? Developers will be treated any better?

because lol exactly 0 of those things are gonna happen

It's the same situation with the animation industry. That's why the upcoming Fist of the North Star and One Punch Man's third season have subpar animation.
"why are games so expensive"
"why are mass layoffs happening"
"why are games getting cancelled"
"why did that popular studio close"

it's capitalism. capitalism is why all of this is happening. the rampant prioritizing of profit over the all else, from price and quality to dev health and well being.
SCOOP: For the last two years, Microsoft has pushed Xbox to hit profit margins of 30%, an ambitious target that's far higher than the industry average.

This chase for profit has led Xbox to raise prices, cut thousands of jobs, and rethink everything.

The simple truth is people love this stuff and will watch it if you let them, not by putting it behind a premium fee. I fell in love with these cartoons as a kid because they used to be on TV all the time so I could, ya know, watch them lmao.
After leaving HBO Max earlier this year, ‘Looney Tunes’ is a hit on Tubi, the company says, and popular across generations. It should be a model for every classic cartoons trapped in streaming limbo.

Hot take, but maybe the site was better when it had cringey stories and weird sex tropes (that the redditors made them get rid of) because this is just awful.
TV Tropes is blocking access to the site not only if you have ad blockers on but location tracking off unless you want to subscribe to their $5 a month/$25 a year subscription plan. Even people who have turned their ad blockers off are reporting the site isn’t working. This all seems like a bad idea
