Turns out we are living a Star Trek future, just we're one of those withered societies Kirk shows up to smash the computer of.

This concentration camp is where the South Korean workers were held in deplorable conditions after the ICE raid on the Hyundai plant. These may be jobs for an impoverished area, but they're still jobs at a concentration camp.

Hundreds of ICE detainees will soon be held in the small town of Folkston, Ga.

The ICE detention center in Folkston, Ga., is expanding to become the nation's largest immigrant detention facility. Operated by a private prison corporation, it will hold more than 4,000 detainees.

Rewatching the episode 'Cardassians' and honestly, I die laughing at the "borrowing the runabout" scene with Sisko every time.

Julian!!! The absolute chutzpah of this man!!! To wake up his boss! In the middle of the night! Asking for the keys to the company car! And when he asks why Julian looks this man straight in the eye no shame and says "IDK my probably-spy situationship told me to and I didn't ask any follow up questions."

Julian is for real playing on Sisko's last nerve this whole episode lol.

"The 37's" is the most busted-ass, plot hole-ridden mess of nearly all of Star Trek Voyager episodes and yet it's still one of my favorites.

How the fk did they not see the conspicuously nameless "cities" from orbit? Why did they not give them names in the script?

Why did they all choose to stay?

One thing that I’ve come around on in comics is it used to seem corny and childish that a bunch of guys would call themselves the Legion of Doom and meet in an old castle where they’d be like ”hiss let us defeat the ideas of hope and love hiss” but that’s what they’re actually doing in real life lol
