Tbc, I'm blocking all fake leftists who refuse to grapple with our country's well established racism & misogyny & hide behind "economic anxiety," which it was never about, not in the 1930s, 2016, or 2024, & I'm not putting up with anyone who pretends otherwise. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...

Also, just as Trump said this wouldn’t impact the existing White House, but then tore down the East Wing, he initially said HE would pay for the ballroom, but then extorted the money (and handed out tax deductions for it) instead.

It’s lies from top to bottom, surprising no one.
People keep saying it's privately funded. That's misleading. "Privately funded" is when foundations and wealthy individuals pay for it.

At least half a dozen of these donors are major federal contractors dependent on U.S. taxpayers. This is money laundering.

Possibly one of the best news this whole year
GOOD NEWS! For the first time ever, Huntington's disease has been successfully treated. A groundbreaking new miRNA treatment, AMT-130, slowed the progression of the disease by 75%. These results are likely to support the first approval of a genetic treatment for the rare neurodegenerative condition.

Not “ICE” changing license plates in a back lot.

They wouldn’t do that, would they? Maybe the authorities should look into this.

Glad ICE is getting called out for plate swapping in Illinois, but this has been happening in California from the jump.

"Because Trump views the White House as his. For decades, Americans embraced the idea that electing non-politicians to office would improve governance, operating under the assumption that bringing an outsider’s view to calcified systems might spur fixes. This isn’t really how it worked out."

23 October 1939 | Dutch Jewish girl, Frouwke Swart, was born in Amsterdam.

In August 1942 she was deported to #Auschwitz and, after selection, murdered in a gas chamber. His younger brother, Levie was killed with her.

It’s racism, Paul. Racism is the glue that binds rural Americans together. Nothing else matters. When Democrats gave up their racist ways republicans were more than happy to swoop in and give them what they want. Hating others is their top priority.

California, this November 4th, the whole country is counting on you.

Prop 50 puts our elections back on a level playing field, preserves independent redistricting over the long term, and lets the people decide.

So return your ballot today. Vote yes on 50.

So, someone shared this with me. There are a series of pseudonymous essays from 2023 in the Claremont Institute that they think were authored by Russ Vought.

Any ideas how to verify this?

34 people killed in 50 days. Their guilt or innocence unknown, for an alleged crime that doesn't carry a death sentence. That's a lot of death.

Don’t let Republicans rig another election‼️

Prop 50 is about fairness and power; giving California voters the final say on congressional maps, not politicians.

Your vote isn’t just a choice this time, it’s a defense. Stand up and use it.

If Dems let this race slip through their fingers it is going to be such a damning indictment of the national party and of a climate movement that can't organize its way out of a goddamn wet paper bag. 😡
