I don't know if anybody noticed, but Ramsey County's results came through a lot earlier than they have in the past, and the RCV results got counted fast. That's thanks to implementation of new software at Ramsey County. Thanks to the staff and election volunteers that made that possible

I’m forever grateful for the work that Mayor @melvincarter.bsky.social has done to build a better Saint Paul. In spite of all of the challenges in the last eight years, he’s moved our city forward in ways big and small, and our community is better off for it.

part of the joy of seeing Mamdani win, even from afar, is that he ran a campaign based on how much he loves his city without papering over its flaws, and that was goddamn beautiful.
