Big Mac is one of our house dogs. He is slowing down a lot recently.

He has complete free reign with us and even a job guarding the kitchen where we cook all the food. He is also chief food tester there.

Health care accountability framework bill would require provinces to report benchmarks for timely access to primary care, elective procedures, & emergency care, & allows the fed govt to reduce or withdraw cash transfers, if they fail to do so.👍
