It’s Saturday night. Many things are bad. But I took my kid to a birthday party and made some mom friends, was able to do ALL my grocery shopping by app&pickup after (no subs!), and came home to my husband having grilled dinner with perfect timing.

Also my CFB team won today.

I swear I read this somewhere at the time this album came out but can’t find anything about it today. Garth’s Chris Gaines era came from him being cast in/writing a soundtrack for a movie like George Strait’s “Pure Country,” but the movie was cancelled when PC was underwhelming at the box office.
