Gonna see how many days in a row I can survive getting 3 hours sleep during the 6-8 hour zopiclone/imovane window without experiencing ego death from the sleep deprivation x goofy pills combo before I have to go back to zolpidem/ambien because at least on that I could sleep (albeit during tasks)

There is nothing worse than lack of sleep. When I get in a patchy sleep pattern I take half a Zopiclone, it restores me!

Ok, zolpidem takes about 3 hours to take effect and keeps me asleep, very lightly and unrefreshingly, for 7 hours.
Switched to zopiclone. Sent to sleep in an hour. I'm awake 3 hours later.

Zopiclone works wonders if you just lie down in bed and stop reading or posting.
It's super addictive though so don't waste it it by staying up if you have sleep problems cos they won't let you take it for too long

Well, I got to bedtime. Having a glass of milk and 2 chocolates, trying to take care of my needs and be kind to myself. Will give it an hour and take a zopiclone, hopefully I will wake up feeling better for another good day on placement. Dreading waking up feeling this bad & having to get going.

No zopiclone in the meds, so i guess youre stuck with me for about a week and then ill crash and you wont hear from me for 5 days.

The rules are either bonkers or interpreted wildly differently by different doctors. They refuse to give me zopiclone now, despite me only ever having (or asking for) 14 tablets every 3 months. But perfectly happy to throw tramadol, codeine and gabapentin at me. Doesn't make sense.

I need zopiclone really, just they only give out scripts for two weeks and then you need two weeks off, that gets me sleeping properly.
I haven't taken more codeine yet, im more scared of running out than not sleeping and if i double dose I lose a dose later/tommorow. Tempting though

Exactly. They used to give me 14 zopiclone about every three months, I only took it when I absolutely had to. Then they suddenly decided I wasn't allowed it anymore, acting like I'm a junkie trying to score. I just want to sleep 😩
