As another said, wastewater processing can be genuinely interesting, so I'd say its not fitting for him...
I *could* be fine with building one as part of a landfill. It'd fit with the scenery a lot easier, they'll barely tell the statue *isn't* supposed to be trash.

I honestly have half-expected him to change up the Lincoln memorial. Add some gold decorations and put himself on a throne with a bigger statue next to an ACTUAL president.
