This is an amazingly varied & layered streetscape and I'm going to steal this brilliant perspective on it in the future, but when I was last in Old Town I gotta admit I was absolutely obsessed with the details on these same buildings to the exclusion of all else

OpenRazer can be a bit tough to get set up. Just having it by itself doesn't do much. You also need some front-end to interact with it.

I use Polychromatic on my system

If you install Polychromatic from your package manager, it should install OpenRazer as a dependency as well.
