It seems the proper term for what I’ve got is hip dysplasia, and the procedure to fix it is a hip osteotomy. And it’s gonna take even longer and more work with so much more energy I don’t have to get to a place where I can get this fixed. I’m a wreck 😭

I’ve had an osteotomy and it’s nothing I’d do for vanity. My shit was out of place and had to be broken and realigned. This man did this to gain some inches. Foolish. I hope he never gets a date.

Just had a eureka moment yesterday after my dentist appointment. When I was in high-school I had lots of symptoms that were looking like rheumatoid arthrisis. Did a bunch of exams (bloodtests, radios, etc) and they were unable to understand the cause. Well, maybe it was due to my lefort osteotomy?!

I had: hairline advancement, sinus setback/forehead contouring, brow lift, orbital contouring, fat graft to cheeks, 3-piece osteotomy on my chin (broke it apart and reset it to move the tip forward and down + contour it), and trach shave. No rhino or lip lift for me.

Because parenting never slows down, we have another broken bone here. Eldest boy is still recovering from a tibial tubercle osteotomy. Youngest boy broke his wrist/arm last night. Time to wrap them all in bubble forever.
