Every university in the world could easily replace *all* of their lectures with MIT's OpenCourseWare videos.
The problem they'd have is; they wouldn't be able to wildly over-bill everyone, since everyone would just go home & watch those videos for free; either directly on the MIT website or YouTube

Not sure what language you're learning, but MIT OpenCourseWare has a bunch of language classes. Clearly meant for in-person learning, but depending on your abilities, may be helpful. You can then supplement with media in that language to hear how it's used.
