I thought it sounded exactly like him. He's an old man with the temperament and emotional maturity of a toddler. He's lost what's left of his mind, and he approaches international diplomacy like the mob boss he wants to be. His bullying works on Republicans, so he expects Europe to acquiesce, too.
When I saw Trump's text to Norway's leader circulating last night, I honestly - despite a decade of covering this lunatic - thought it was fake. Oops. While it's concerning that he wrote it, it's more concerning that he's surrounded by people who allowed him to send it. This is all quite bad.
