Le dogme95 qui est utilisé dans les deux, je trouve qu'il est beaucoup plus percutant et mieux réalisé dans le film de Lars von Trier.
Je comprends que le côté chant rebute pas mal de gens, perso je trouve que ça rajoute un surréalisme que j'adore.

Le dogme95 qui est utilisé dans les deux, je trouve qu'il est beaucoup plus percutant et mieux réalisé dans le film de Lars von Trier.

Cela fait déjà trente ans que deux cinéastes danois signèrent un manifeste exposant un vœu de chasteté pour la mise en scène au cinéma. Le refus de l'artifice, la recherche de l'authenticité en étaient les principaux éléments, rapidement moqués par les cinéastes eux-mêmes, au détour d'un plan ou d'un nouveau film contredisant leurs préceptes. Lars von Trier et Thomas Vinterberg ont marqué leur temps et une génération de nouveaux cinéastes. Mais aujourd'hui, que nous disent ces films qui tranchent avec le tout-venant de leur époque?

I respect Dogme95 as an aesthetic choice even if I don't agree w/all the results. And there's certainly directors & DPs who understand when it REALLY need to be dark (Carpenter/Cundey, Coppola/Storaro, Mann/Spinotti, Schoenbrun/Yue). But there's no thought behind the way a lot of stuff is shot now

Well let's take Dogme95, for example. i think, to me, the simple rule of "only handheld cameras with no jump cuts" actually severly hinders the filmmaker, but perhaps makes them adhere to a more rigid standard much like in a movement of poetry.
