It’s an irony of modern governance that the systems most essential to everyday life — taxes, Social Security, healthcare — are increasingly centralized and databased by people least reliant on them, much like rights are often decided by those least affected by their loss.

This breach problem has gone from bad to worse, unprecedented in its scale and degree. Every year brings more Databased shared things like breachforums, which is proving to be more like the pirate bay in that every time we kill it, someone resurrects it.
