Comme dans d'autres Point'n Click développés ou publiés par Wadjet Eye Games, les commandes sont simples à assimiler. Le clic droit permet à la protagoniste de commenter les éléments remarquables que comportent les différents tableaux visités, tandis que le clic gauche sert à interagir avec ceux-ci.

Si vous avez joué à Old Skies (développé et publié par Wadjet Eye Games), vous reconnaîtrez probablement la voix de Sally Beaumont, qui y incarne Fia Quinn, et qui prête sa voix dans The Excavation of Hob's Barrow à Betty, à la mère de Thomasina et à Miss Tompkins.

Faire éditer le jeu par Wadjet Eye Games l'a également obligé à changer le titre de celui-ci, car Incantamentum aurait été trop compliqué à prononcer et à retenir. Néanmoins, cette modification n'a pas dérangé Shaun Aitcheson, car The Excavation of Hob's Barrow faisait partie des titres prévus.

Old Skies is easily one of my favourite 2025 games. I like Wadjet Eye Games Point'n Click, I was looking forward to play it, and I'm not disappointed at all. Thank you for your great performance on this game (and on The Excavation of Hob's Barrow: I've replayed this game recently to write about it).

In voice acting, direction, art and animation, sound, writing, and puzzle design, Old Skies set a new bar for Wadjet Eye. I think Technobabylon is still amazing, the writing and puzzle design in particular, but Old Skies just edges it out on those aspects.

Well, I can assure you, no Wadjet Eye game will have you running on the GPU treadmill. You're about to be rabbit-holed not just by Wadjet Eye, but by Clifftop Games, too.
