Too many families are doing everything right — working hard, saving where they can — but still struggling to keep up.
That’s not sustainable. #HD46 #GApolitics

Rising costs are squeezing families across Georgia.
We need leaders focused on lowering costs, building affordable housing, and protecting families.
That’s how we secure a stronger future for our kids and our communities. 🌟

America is in a cost-of-living crisis.

For an average family of four, groceries now cost $1,030 a month, and they keep rising.

Americans need lower costs, not more of the president's chaos and tariff taxes.

No one working full-time should have to choose between rent, food, or childcare. I’m running to bring common-sense leadership to the Gold Dome — leadership that actually helps working families get ahead.

Republicans haven’t done a damn thing to lower the high cost of living.

And the American people know it.

Groceries up. Rent up. Utilities up. Wages? Flat.
Families in Georgia deserve better than an economy that leaves them behind.
I’ll push for practical solutions that make life affordable again for working people.

Groceries. Rent. Gas. Insurance.
Everything costs more — but paychecks aren’t keeping up.
We can fix that with common-sense leadership focused on lowering costs and strengthening working families.
That’s what I’m fighting for in Georgia House District 46.

Let’s be honest — it’s getting harder to make ends meet.

Georgians are working longer hours while costs keep rising.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

I’m running for HD 46 to bring practical, people-first solutions that help every family get ahead.

Broken promises define this administration.

President Trump promised Georgians he’d bring down prices and now he’s calling affordability “a con job.”

He’s betraying our state and the whole country.

We can’t move Georgia forward if families are falling behind.
That’s why I’m focused on lowering costs, expanding affordable housing, and creating real opportunity for working families.

I’m running because I believe everyone deserves to feel safe — financially, physically, and mentally.
We need leadership that listens, acts, and brings people together to find solutions that work for all of us.

👋 Hi, I’m Dumont Walker, and I’m running for the congressional seat in Georgia House District 46.
I’m stepping forward to serve the community I chose to call home — and to help build a Georgia where everyone has the dignity, safety, and opportunity they deserve.

The “block the HJRs” strategy ended not because it failed, but because enough Democrats let it end.

The GOP agenda went back on rails, and months later, guess what?

Those amendments sailed onto the ballot like unstoppable bullets.

Here's the list of Democrats, call, but it's too late now.

Texas State Representative Sheryl Cole (HD46), who lives in my neighborhood, now has people in regular cars hanging out in front of her house. I had expected that she would be monitored by the Austin Police Department, or an official Department of Public Safety vehicle, but no. Anonymous creeps.

. @jacobrosecrants.bsky.social (HD46, which is West Norman) is one of the #okleg ppl on the side of the angels. He and the rest of the OK House Dem caucus have been screaming for a long time now for the superdupermajority GOP caucus to do something about Walters.

Will something FINALLY happen now?
Keep the pressure for investigation/impeachment up on your state reps & senators, especially if you’re repped by Rs. (All 28 Dems are already for both). He has no love at the Cap, but Rs are either afraid of him or are in lock step with him. It’s way past time for action!

4 (R) incumbents have retired rather than seek re-election; Ennis - HD89, Marshall - HD49, Arnold - HD46, & Freitas - HD62. There’s reliable word that Gilbert - HD33 may soon become a U.S. Attorney. That’s 5 members of their 49 member (R) house caucus, or, > 10% of their caucus. What do they know ?

Rosecrants, for those who might not know/new followers, is a Democratic Oklahoma State Representative. His district is in West Norman (HD46). He's a former classroom teacher.
From Trump empowering Elon to make aimless & harmful cuts to an inexplicable shift to authoritarianism to whatever he’s trying to do with tariffs (sink the economy?)…this is an understated & very true take.

Excellent point--parts of rural Norman are really Trumpie, as are parts of West Norman--which, despite that, has re-elected a progressive Dem, former classroom teacher Jacob Rosecrants, to HD46 repeatedly.
i'm assuming a lot of trumpers voted for holman cause they cared more about turnpikes in their homes and taxpayer dollars going to north norman than they did the homeless and police. The fact Standridge is in office shows not much as changed.

What isn't being reported is that some Oklahoma lawmakers, for example @jacobrosecrants.bsky.social (HD46), by his own admission, constantly hear from their constituents, D and R alike, that Ryan Walters is a big problem that needs to be dealt with. It's also worth pointing out that the seven
