Breaking: Gold medalist Gremaud pulls out of freeski big air final
Switzerland's Mathilde Gremaud, who beat Eileen Gu to gold in the freeski slopestyle, has pulled out of the women's big air final.The Swiss team confirmed Gremaud injured her hip after crashing during training. Fellow Swiss team-mate Anouk Andraska has also withdrawn with a wrist injury. Further medical checks are ongoing but the injuries are not of a serious nature.Gremaud, who won bronze, at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, qualified in third place and was a serious medical contender.
