Awake now... 🎶 probably more 😴 I have had my 💊 and vitamins. Decaff coffee ☕️ About to cook a casserole in a slow cooker. I will do a really tiny tidy.
Then nothing until tomorrow. Getting ready for Christmas lunch.

Beef and onion crisp sandwiches and beef and tomato cup a soup for tea. A decaff coffee. Music radio playing. Light housework planned for tomorrow. Only item I have not purchased this Christmas is Christmas puddings. The choice has been quite poor. Especially small one's for one person.

I have just eaten roast chicken crisps and had a decaff coffee. Probably more later. I have quick healthy food choices like salads...short on biscuits and chocolate but I cannot be tempted.

sorry to butt in, but we mix normal and decaff beans (we both get jittery after too many). currently use 1/3rd normal to 2/3rd decaff & it works well. all decaff doesn't taste right, it tastes like something's missing so having some caffeinated in there keeps that "kick" without risking palpitations

Worse one was when I accidentally bought decaff. Had such awful headaches I convinced myself I had a brain tumour.

Coffee Bitch reckons I'm feeling better bc I'm being very demanding, stripped the bed, have done 3 loads of washing (ran out of cotton hankies and my bedding was grim), and actually put clothes on. Progress!
