What if I told you that only 3 metropolitan borough councils in the country aren’t getting the Recovery Grant (again)?
That two of them are in Greater Manchester?
And that one of those has the most deprived community (by super-output area) in Greater Manchester.
I’d laugh if it wasn’t so tragic.

I always pick the most expensive items from a shops lunchtime meal deal. Most of the time I don't even like or want what I have picked but at least I feel like I have cheated the shop. I win.
