#Cruelty
cruelty is not bitter. bitter things make you stop, and spit, and wonder, 'how does something taste so awful?'

evil is sweet. it erodes your teeth and rots your guts, and makes you sick to your stomach. but you eat it anyway.

Aside from preventing animal cruelty and environmental damage, this helps stop the toffs from indulging in their archaic oddball rituals and sociopathic behaviour.

The mind boggling cruelty of the Israelis.

Tr*mp is the manifestation of this behaviour that I’ve seen getting worse and worse in American stories. Saying everything is fine and then doing the opposite. Fucking mendacity. Cruelty for the sake of it.

I will never understand why anyone would choose to use their own trauma (whether generational or personal) as an excuse to inflict/support inflicting similar cruelty and pain on others.

I think their remake of The Ladykiller is absolutly awful and Intolerable cruelty is not better.
And I never understood the hype around A Serious man that I find very, very beige, as quite a lot of their most recent movies, excepted "The Ballad..." that I found quite enjoyable...

RNC=Republican Nation of Cruelty The thing is those of us here know the facts and pay close attention daily. Many people don’t or care We are to the stage in this nightmare where we no longer can rely on anyone in Congress to help. Realize it is now up to the people to do SOMETHING to stop this

Dang it, it's been only a week since the new year, and my heart is already broken.
What's wrong with the "greatest leader of the greatest state", his followers and defenders of violence?

Sorry, I wanted to post only fun thing like illustrations, but I really hope there's no more cruelty.

When news and elections become entertainment you get something like Trump. The good news? The next president will be Mr. Beast and the show will get more challenges and cruelty.

Realizing I really need to make new friends to maintain my sanity past a point, such is the banal cruelty of "job."

After the Steven Miller’s cruelty & Russ Voight’s dismantling govt—

Negating , undoing even what Congress has already passed

Trumpers realize by the time 😇 get a court judgement it’s too late

Which Trumpers defy anyways

Then , the extreme Supremes shadow docket

When law’s gone then what 🤷‍♂️?

I'll take that over a 1980s saxophon solo.

Which reminds me that I haven't posted this in a while, and as there isn't enough cruelty in the world, I need to add to it.

Vengeance and cruelty is the program.

OK. I'm starting to consider that might not be a bad thing.
Collectively, we are too stupid, immoral and racist to be a beacon of freedom or financial stability anymore.
We are a warning.
We ok raping kids, b/c our God forgives...but only us.
We don't care 600k have died, solely b/c of our cruelty.

I certainly was completely ignorant about the evil cruelty of Israel’s occupation of Palestine, & the strength & toxic effect of Israel’s influence on countries of the West.

It was Israel’s response to the Hamas attack that began & continues my education. That & the Palestinian resistance.

Something I realized is that the kind of person who cheers on the government’s cruelty will also think that it could never happen to them. They’re wrong, but the delusion leaves them with peace of mind that’s hard to find otherwise.

You dare scoff at me? It is you I have to thank, for I was born from your cruelty and shall return it tenfold, for I have been chosen by the Ruby Pure Heart to bring about a reign of terror until the universe crumbles to dust!

The cruelty, as so often seems to be the case with this govt, is very clearly the point 🤬

When you view Labour policy through the lense of "Cruelty is the point" it makes a lot more sense.

The renaissance of political cruelty
There has been a significant shift in politics in Western democracies. Rather than help the vulnerable, we now victimise them. Why has this happened and where are we heading?

Vile Irony

loss of so many innocent lives looks inevitable in the coming year(s). not sure but it seems so many of it in purpose of something else than the people intended. I find it sad, the futility & cruelty of expecting the bare minimum in a resource reach country of 80 million & getting killed for it
January 7, 2026 at 8:20 AM
I hope it doesn’t require a law for people to stop supporting horrific animal cruelty, but it would be nice to have a law, regardless, just wish it was unneeded

Coincidentally, I was just thinking that X/twitter's slide into open cruelty, somehow reminds me of the way ppl burned masks and spat on health care workers in the early stages of the pandemic.
The acceptance of mass death was so strange and evil. Like a lynching. Like the mob destroying Rosewood.
Twitter has become like the ongoing pandemic in the sense that it’s exposing just how much people are willing to tolerate at the expense of those who are often most vulnerable among us.
