Not sure when this became a widespread practice, but it looks like it's widely accepted now among Wikipedia editors and Wikimedia Commons contributors that Pro Wrestling Illustrated content from before March 1989 should be treated as being in the public domain and not protected by copyright.

All known issues of Pro Wrestling Illustrated did not contain a valid copyright notice at the time it was required (2204.4(C): 'The term “All Rights Reserved” or the like is not an element of the notice prescribed by U.S. law, and it is not an acceptable variant or substitute for the word “Copyright” or the abbreviation “Copr.”' (or copyright symbol))
Copyright was not subsequently registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Although there is a record in the copyright records for KO Magazine in 1992, it is a recordation, not a registration of copyright (see here)

Public domain This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1978 and February 1989, inclusive, with a defective copyright notice (copyright notice information), and because its copyright was not subsequently registered with the U.S. Copyright Office within 5 years. The copyright notice in this work contains at least one of the following defects:
Notice does not include the copyright symbol ©, the word "Copyright", or the abbreviation "Copr.";

Unless you really need to use Windows, give KDE Fedora a try. Just make sure you disable Fedora's Flatpaks and use Fedora's Repository, RPMfusion, COPR and Flathub's Flatpaks in Discover. 1/2 🔻

Meu ponto era mais que tem mulheres capacitadas pras vagas que deixam de se candidatar porque elas acham que cumprem só 90% e não 100% dos requisitos e aí acaba entrando um cara que cumpre, sei lá, 45%.

Eu preferiria trabalhar com a mulher que cumpre 90%.

And here's an interesting fact about it: technically, Charade is in the public domain, because it has a defective copyright notice.

(Prior to 1978, US law required a copyright notice to include "Copyright", "Copr.", or © to be considered valid; guess what Charade's doesn't have?)
