i wonder what the steepest city is.. maybe la paz? the highest altitude cities r still often in big valleys (e.g. quito, bogota, lhasa, asmara) but steep cities closer to sea level r obviously limited on their maximum elevation difference (e.g. pittsburgh, genoa, chongqing, sf, nagasaki)..
