U.S. President Donald Trump boycotted the UN climate summit COP30 in Belém, Brazil, leaving negotiators without the United States and raising concerns about weakened ambition and finance.

Here at the #ocean pavilion at #COP30, we are facing the challenges of no electricity to show slides, or AC, so improvising with our laptops to tell the story of ocean climate solutions and the studies needed to understand whether or not marine carbon dioxide removal #mCDR makes sense.
