The "peace talks" need to be called off until a ceasefire is agreed to. The Trump presidency and the peace talks are just agitating and encouraging Putin to destroy Ukraine.

criminal law prof here. There are laws against homicide, and federal agents are not in fact above them. Supremacy clause immunity is limited in scope, not an absolute barrier to state prosecution.
The death of Alex Pretti has been ruled a homicide, the Hennepin County medical examiner’s office said. Pretti was shot Jan. 24 during a chaotic encounter with federal immigration officers in Minneapolis. Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez were named as the two officers who fired at Pretti.
