1. It's pronounced "Kee-yiv", not "Kee-yev". That's the old Russian Imperial name for Kyiv.
2. I'm sure that'll be a comfort for Ukrainians as the Russians continue to bomb their power plants in rural areas to cut off electric heating (If you trust Putin to even keep his word).

Interest thing to note: The USS Delbert, Mcfaul and Mitscher are stationed in the Red Sea. If anything is likely to kick of in Iran then the Houthis will almost certainly restart their targeting of Cargo ships in the Region. These destroyers are likely stationed there to counter that.
