I'm Kate, I enjoyed finding community on twt building on my interests of 8 &16-bit computing/games/music. Composed music in those formats myself back-in-the-day, and did remixes of the genre for a while. >

Good Morning Britain normally have a pro and con person when discussing debates. There was a discussion about trans women competing in female events earlier and the only people discussing it are both against trans women being in female sports. Ironically, they want equality in female sports 🤦🏻‍♂️

Watching the first TOS film for the first time in ages. God old films were truly built differently. A full 5+ minute slow fly by the enterprise? No action, just panoramic shots. No dialogue, just music. And not a lens flair in sight.

Gender reassignment is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010, and it guarantees the rights of trans people. The Supreme Court judgment makes no difference to that and to claim otherwise is to assert a belief that trans rights are in opposition to women's rights. Violence against trans people is mercifully very rare in the United Kingdom with figures supplied by Channel 4 Fact Check showing that trans people are less likely to be murdered than the average person. Meanwhile, the annual femicide census shows that women continue to be murdered at the rate of more than two per week. It is women whose rights have been systematically undermined at the behest of trans extremist lobby groups who have sought to redefine and misrepresent the law while branding anyone who disagrees as a bigot or a transphobe. That is why Scottish women had to appeal to the Supreme Court, and it is a disgrace that some employers are continuing to hide behind the lack of Equality and Human Rights Commission guidance before implementing the law, thus forcing women to crowdfund for expensive legal action to get their rights. New Valve hardware is very interesting. Also: They know how to market stuff. Lookit the cute lil guys.

However. We await pricing. Valve Index (VR) was very much more considerably expensive than competition at time of launch. Steam Deck on the other hand was priced impressively at launch.
