Wilk potrącony pod Czaplinkiem nie musiał czekać przez całą noc na pomoc. Wystarczyłoby, gdyby służby znały prawo i wypełniły swój obowiązek. Pomaganie potrąconemu przy drodze zwierzęciu nie zależy od "dobrej woli" - jest obowiązkiem wynikającym z przepisów.
