If I were running the DNC, there would be Democratic Party sponsored food relief banks across the country right now that specifically welcomed anyone regardless of party affiliation.

Along with the food, there could be voter registration and links to runforsomething.net

thankfully, the people of New York get to pick who’s mayor in their own city. Many pundits, regardless of their orientation or outlet, increasingly feel the need to pander to MAGA at some level -I guess they do it in order to appear “relevant”. this is an even more insidious abandonment of decency

It seems almost unavoidable at this point that we are headed for a deep, deep recession. Just based on 200K+ federal firings & pullback of contracts, the March employment report (to be released April 4) seems certain to show bigger job losses than any month ever outside of a few in 2008-9 and 2020.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has created a new class of "emergency" permits for fossil fuel projects, raising the possibility that pipelines, mines, power plants and other facilities could be fast-tracked for approval as part of President Trump’s demand to increase oil, gas and coal production.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has cited President Trump’s claim of a national energy emergency to speed up permits for new gas pipelines and other projects.

We collectively haven’t been taking the plans laid out by Project 2025 seriously enough. They want to destroy NOAA so people won’t know that climate change is happening. It sounds stupid and alarmist if you haven’t been paying attention.
Project 2025 plan calls for demolition of NOAA and National Weather Service
The call to dismantle the United States' vital weather department has raised the hackles of experts who say NOAA provides not only important free data but also life-saving information.

PROP - PR Over Policy.

Don't confuse them.

He is flooding the zone. He knows that media will cover everything he does. Getting people upset. Which helps give him more coverage of the upset people. All just talking about him.

Dems need to be strategic.

Do you know why a president would do all the most evil and heinous shit via Executive Order? Because his party can't easily make it law. And if they can't make it law, they can't make it last.

Don't let anyone make you feel like this is The End. Do not let them demoralize you. Live to see them die.

This could be the most terrifying article you'll read today, about how Trump is stuffing the EPA with lawyers and lobbyists for the oil and chemical industries who have worked to weaken climate and pollution protections and clearly don't care about human health.

Top political appointees are already at the E.P.A. preparing to erase the agency’s climate rules and pollution controls. Many of them have tried it before.

Want a great slogan for midterms?
"If you FAFO and are struggling because of Trump policies, we understand. The Dems are here for you. Tell us how we can help you "

You get the point.

FAFO will be the theme. Be the solution.

do not follow or reward quote-doomers. people who quote an article and only add something like "you have no idea how bad this is" or "it's over" or "say goodbye to everything you love".

they succeed from your stress. they're bringing you down with them. stay awake; not like this.
