Everytime I listen to Stephen Miller I think of this one angry nerdy bitter kid I went to high school with who used to have just one line in his AIM profile, the Radiohead lyric:

Yep and morphine is a great painkiller.
The problem being, we have hundreds of laws about how it and similar drugs can be used. Some are extremely strict.
The destructive ability of unchecked LLMs is not yet even fully realized.
How many common sense laws do we have about it?
