DK Bananza is an absolute delight. Sheer joy from title to credits. I loved Mario Odyssey and this game feels like Odyssey with the limiters removed. DKC was one of my formative games bc I didn't have a lot of the classic SNES gems, so it was awesome seeing them give him so much love in this game.

I don't think the Yakuza/LAD fanbase, or at least the vocally miserable ones on reddit and twitter, have a clue what the franchise they're into actually is. The guy they're claiming has ruined the recent games has been writing them since 2005.

i had an idea for Vanquish Soul 2 just now. it's a deck inspired by fighting games, and the effects function like a team-based game where the characters are tagging in and out or assists are jumping in for attacks. well, what if they made massive changes to the systems in the sequel
