Fucking this. It wasn’t until I figured out I was trans that I even realized I had dysphoria, never mind how much there was. If I had to know I had dysphoria first in order to be trans, I’d never have figured it out.
the reason you don't need dysphoria to be trans is because dysphoria can be impossible to realize without first accepting your own transness
