i agree its objectively worse, but i'll be real and say the shit from lesbians feel worse though. I'm not tryna be in community with men, so them acting shitty is expected. but when people like me are barred from being in lesbian spaces and HALd on the reg it hits harder for me

ive been to many lesbian community events where im sneered at, glared at, not talked to, iced out while trans dudes were welcome with open arms and loving embraces. The truth is i dont think trans women have any allies, i think everyone hates us, and they hate us a lot

yeah but cis lesbians arent gettin rounded up right now, so im more aligned with the trans part seeing as that provides the higher level of vulnerability to state and gendered violence. thats my issue is that it seems like a lot of trans women have chosen to align more with cis women over attraction

i think she went too far in the other direction, but i dont think she wrong that we get force fed this whole "lesbians are the best ones" narrative to us as trans women. Like the very fact that trans women get more heat for calling out lesbians than cis lesbians shows how good that propaganda works

no i dont think they are the "most privileged", nor do i think that they are MORE transphobic as other cis people. I think they are *just as* transphobic. i dont think being a lesbian imparts anything material that makes someone less transphobic.
