My old friend Eleanor Lewis who I was in the trenches of ‘90s Baltimore poetry with, was foolish enough to ask me to read with her at the beautiful Manor Mill space. Everly & I saw Teddy Thompson perform there - she still moans his name in her sleep - and it’s like an old ski lodge.

Everly got us tickets to see Judah Friedlander at The Port for a Christmas present. Love the club and Judah was fun. I got to chat with him outside afterward and hear of him working with Mickey Rourke in “The Wrestler” and gave him an Ian Svenonius book he was looking for.
