It was disturbing to listen to Tony Abbott reminiscing about the good old days. In the 50's we had the White Australia Policy, Aboriginal people weren't counted in the census, voting was for whites only, Polio was rife and women's rights were dictated by men. So, no thanks bigot.

The coalition/throupolition would need to win 20 seats at the next election to be competitive, 28 to take government.

Why is anyone pretending this leadership change will change anything?

Another painting by Epstein network survivor Maria Farmer. Why are they redacting her paintings?
She sent these to the FBI, pleading for help to stay safe.

Maria was screaming to the FBI to be heard for years, and sent them paintings.

I know it’s petty, but I'm becoming irritated by the ‘look at me trying to be relevant posts’ from a certain person. My feed pokes me with her posts seeking validation – multiple times a day. I want more of others and less of her. Yes, I am petty. #guesswho 🙃🦋

Great job for the advocacy to maintain this grassroots literary tome 👏
Very unexpected and welcome news!

It's telling, isn't it, how our utmost respect these days goes to the cartoonists.
A stark contrast to how we feel about politicians, media magnates, billionaires and tech bros.

Vale Jon Kudelka (1972-2026). He was one of the sharpest political cartoonists this country has ever produced. He saw through the folly and cant but never let it dim his own warmth or decency. Thoughts are with his family. You can read his essay on cartooning here:
