I've done the math on this and doubling the house is the ideal. Get it to about a thousand members. Lowest pop territory gets 1 seat and go up from there.
Expanding the House on the Wyoming Rule should be a priority. All it takes is an act of Congress and it helps adjust so much of the imbalance we are feeling right now
This is do-able and would fix a LOT of problems. Far more realistic than trying to cover the Constitution in wite-out

the Scott Effross trade will go down as one of Cashman's worst
The Yankees non-tendered Mark Leiter Jr., Scott Effross, Ian Hamilton, Jake Cousins, and Michael Arias. Arias is a Double-A reliever they could re-sign to a minor league deal. Cousins had Tommy John surgery in June and will most/all of 2026. Tough to carry him on the 40-man roster all offseason.
