This is evil and awful and trans people everywhere deserve better than what's happening right now.
And I think it's impossible to overtstate the pivotal role that JK Rowling played in mainstreaming hateful and false ideas about trans people. Every dollar you give her goes toward efforts like this.

Just so we’re clear, everybody calling Kilmar Abrego Garcia a “terrorist” or a “gang member” are lying, and they know they’re lying, and they repeat it for purposes of confusing people who don’t follow this stuff closely into accepting what was done to him.

Other people have already said this, but the next step is for courts to enjoin the admin from sending any more detainees abroad. There is no “oopsie we can’t” response for that.

DNC should be bringing up articles of impeachment any and every time Trump blatantly breaks the law. Articles won't move forward, but putting the GOP majority on record for refusing to defend the Constitution is more substantive than any of the other purely symbolic nonsense they've *been* doing.
