It's live! My LOTR 1st edition set (1960-1962 printings) is up on eBay. Just gorgeous books, the only detractor being two underlined bits of text in "Return" where the original reader was too moved by the words to help it. No blame there.

It takes 30 minutes to move everything out of the splash zone, clean and sanitize work surfaces, peel the turkey from its plastic skin, dry rub the heck out of it, place in fridge, and clean up. 30 minutes. But now is the time you have to grab the duster from under the sink? In this 30 minutes?
